The staff were exceptional in every way, providing excellent service and assistance throughout our stay. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to all the popular attractions. The concierge offered great restaurant recommendations. The cleanliness of the property and the relaxing spa added to the overall positive experience.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The hotel is definitely not worth the money that you have to pay for it. The staff except for housekeeping is not friendly, if not to say arrogant, we had to wait for the drinks and the bill 20 minutes. Paying 400 euros per room per night you expect more. The only advantage is the convinient location.

Delicious Dining Experience
We visited the rooftop restaurant at Bernini Bristol to celebrate our anniversary and were blown away by the incredible views. The food was absolutely delightful, with each dish bursting with flavor. The service was impeccable, and the attentive staff made sure we had a memorable evening. We were even offered a complimentary bottle of wine, which added the perfect touch to our celebration. The restaurant truly exceeded our expectations and made our anniversary even more special. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable dining experience.

The hotel was located close to the Spanish Steps and Trevvi Fountain the tour bus stop was right across the street and the roof top restaurant and views across Rome were outstanding. The staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious and well equipped, we were also given complimentary champagne as it was our 25th Wedding Anniversary, so they read and acted on the comments i made on booking asking for a nice room as it was a special occasion. The breakfast that was included was plentiful and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I would reccomend and could be used for sightseeing or a business meeting as they have conference facilities. Taxi's are plentiful outside the hotel, but all attractions are within walking distance. Check out the rooftop restaurant at dusk very romantic

During my recent stay at Sina Bernini Bristol, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service. The staff ensured that my 20th Wedding Anniversary was a truly special occasion, with a personalized greeting and a bottle of bubbles on ice. The room itself exceeded my expectations, with a lovely balcony overlooking the city. The location of the hotel was also perfect, allowing us to easily explore all that Rome has to offer. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and delightful stay.

The single great thing in this hotel is location, you can reach by feet any shop or restaurant in 5-10 minutes
Our room was called renovated, but it was very old, and very smal, cleaning was bad so all the furniture was in dust, and bathroom was very used. We tried to spend less time in the room because it was totally uncomfortable
