Staff are super friendly and helpful at this hotel. Me and my mum really enjoyed our stay here. I would highly recommend.
Nothing to complain about
-
The upgrade to a suite and free breakfast.
-
the fact that is at the centre of rome
-
The hotel is definitely not worth the money that you have to pay for it. The staff except for housekeeping is not friendly, if not to say arrogant, we had to wait for the drinks and the bill 20 minutes. Paying 400 euros per room per night you expect more. The only advantage is the convinient location.

the breakfast does not correspond to it's very high price

The hotel was located close to the Spanish Steps and Trevvi Fountain the tour bus stop was right across the street and the roof top restaurant and views across Rome were outstanding. The staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious and well equipped, we were also given complimentary champagne as it was our 25th Wedding Anniversary, so they read and acted on the comments i made on booking asking for a nice room as it was a special occasion. The breakfast that was included was plentiful and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I would reccomend and could be used for sightseeing or a business meeting as they have conference facilities. Taxi's are plentiful outside the hotel, but all attractions are within walking distance. Check out the rooftop restaurant at dusk very romantic

Central location and comfort of rooms.
I thought the breakfast was overpriced.
-
location was excellent, walking distance to many main attractions.
-
The single great thing in this hotel is location, you can reach by feet any shop or restaurant in 5-10 minutes
Our room was called renovated, but it was very old, and very smal, cleaning was bad so all the furniture was in dust, and bathroom was very used. We tried to spend less time in the room because it was totally uncomfortable
-
great placement to go anywhere in Rome. bar + resto at top floor is amazing view!!
a bit old style hotel and it was written that there is a gym + spa, but they are very old and small....
-
The hotel is near from everything and the food is very nice.
Booked.net has many comments about bad service employees ... I think only three people have this bad reputation ... one of these is an old man and another is a very young woman working for breakfast...they are very angry. Another employee is a young man working at the terrace restaurant and thinks he is the most ... all other employees are very careful and helpful.

The staff was very professional, efficient, warm, and friendly. They were the best part about our stay. After the first 3 nights we complained about our room and they immediately gave us an upgrade to another room. Concierge service was very good as they suggested a different restaurant for us each night and then made the reservation. Also helped with a reservation at the Borghese gallery and secured an excellent guide for a day at the Coliseum and Forum.
Rooms were run down and I felt that it was very overpriced
